Job Summary/ Purposes
The Retail Executive, Miu Miu will coordinate the Events, Retail Support & CRM activities relating to Miu Miu retail stores within the South Asia and Australia markets. Working closely with the Store Managers and the regional Miu Miu teams, this role will be especially the point of contact for Miu Miu in Australia, in order to drive sales and KPI achievement for the market.
Responsibilities
Retail Sales
- Share and reinforce monthly / yearly objectives and KPIs (as agreed upon by HQ and Regional) with Store Managers and ensure consistent follow-up, proposing and implementing possible action plans in conjunction with Store Management where needed
- Work with Visual Merchandising to implement and monitor corporate merchandising programs in line with Corporate Standards. Support Store Managers on the maintenance of shop windows and displays taking into consideration stock levels, weather conditions and Store location.
- Ensures that all policies about Product Handling (product delivery, stocking, packaging, ODG and defects, etc.) are properly implemented
Merchandising
- Monitoring the daily sales, with particular emphasis on sell-through, identifying over or under stock situations and action accordingly;
- Providing and receiving feedback from customers when visiting stores and when customer events are taking place in the stores;
- Collaborates on an ongoing basis with Visual Merchandiser to guarantee display of the seasonal product accordingly in the windows
Customer Relationship Management
- Manage client gifting and customer experiences budget to strategically develop client relationships
Events
- End-to-end management of all events across Australia – from choosing venues and ordering catering to setting up, taking event photographs and packing down
- Work closely with Regional team to understand global ideas and proposals, and localizing these within different markets
- Budgeting and reporting for each event to maximize ROI and sales targets per event while keeping within budget parameters
- Aligning with Store teams on the concept for each event; ensuring all briefs are clear and consistent with global direction and well-communicated to all employees
- Vendor management of all suppliers and partners – catering, logistics, maintenance, to ensure efficient and on time deliverables
Other General Responsibilities
- General administration – managing invoices and generating POs
- Reporting where required
