Job Description & Requirements
Job scope:
- Manage a team of video producers to create a regular stream of video and written Chinese Christian content
- Create and execute an annual editorial calendar of Chinese Christian video content
- Collaborate with partners across Churches to find and produce fresh story angles
- Manage and grow social media platforms
Requirements:
- Strong, native command of the Chinese language
- At least 7 years’ experience overseeing and publishing editorial content for a digital video platform
- Experience managing a team of video producers
- Should be able to function as a director, camera operator or video editor
- Alignment with the Church beliefs and philosophy
