- Provide support to the technical department by assisting with the preparation and maintenance of the repair database and compilation of technical specifications.
- Aid in the preparation of technical reports and assist in compiling and monitoring technical KPIs and deliverables.
- Coordinate with vessels and various departments to ensure the supply of spares, stores, and other ntractor services.
- Maintain accuracy and organization of technical drawings, manuals, plans, reports, certificates, and documents in a systematic database.
- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.
Job Requirements :
- Diploma in marine engineering or a similar field (maritime or engineering majors preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years' work experience in the oil trading industry and in a similar role.
- Meticulous, diligent, and professional with good drafting and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
Salary range : $3,000.00 to $3,500.00
