What a Technical Specialist does in HP:
• Provide investigation and troubleshoot automated manufacturing equipment/process failure.
• Having Information Technology (IT) / PLC knowledge will be an advantage.
• Plan and execute timely & effective maintenance programs.
• Study machine data, analyze and implement corrective/preventive action to improve equipment reliability, utilization & yield performance.
• Maintain required level of spares and proper documentation on all assigned equipment.
• Adhere to HP policy including ISO 9K/50K & EHS&S 14K/18K programs.
• Lead/participate in process development & simplification project to improve product quality & workflow.
Individuals who will do well in this role usually possess:
• Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics / Mechatronic / Information Technology (IT) Engineering or Higher Nitec with 2 years relevant experience.
• Good teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skill.
• Excellent analytical troubleshooting skills and creative thinking.
• Independent and able to adapt to dynamic operation environment.
• Effective planning, execution, and issue resolution
• Adapt to Smart Manufacturing (Industry 4.0) concept to optimize manufacturing process and increase productivity through innovation.
• Able to troubleshoot basic network issues.
• Willing to work rotating (day/night) 12 hours shift due to line needs.
