Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager with withstrong experience with Singapore public sector, Singapore ministries and/or statutory boards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects and understand fully the Government on Commercial Cloud (GCC) environment as well as the Singapore Government Tech Stack (SGTS). This role requires expertise in proposal writing, presales activities, and the ability to communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English.
The responsibilities include:
•Project Management: Lead and manage projects within the Singapore public sector, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Monitor and control project timelines, budgets, and resources.
•SGTS Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of Government on Commercial Cloud (GCC) and its applications within the public sector. Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in GCC to provide strategic guidance to clients.
•Presales Activities: Develop comprehensive project proposals, including project scope, objectives, methodology, and budget. Work closely with sales and technical teams to create winning proposals that address client needs. Engage in presales activities, including client presentations, workshops, and product demonstrations.
•Stakeholder Communication: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external. Communicate project progress, risks, and issues effectively to all relevant parties.
Your Profile
•Bachelor's Degree or equivalent diploma
•Good tertiary qualifications in Management or Engineering with a strong IT affinity/background
•At least 4 years of relevant working experience as Project Manager
•Project Management and Team management experience
•Experience to work projects or accounts from public sector
•Project Management certifications (Prince, PMI...) are good to have
•Scrum PSPO or PSM certification is an advantage
•Cloud Certifications (AWS, Azure) are a strong advantage
•Experience in working in complex environment and with distributed team
•Very good communication skills with customers, team and stakeholders
