Job Description:
- Source/publish tender or quotation opportunities.
- Manage the submission of tender or quotation.
- Review/check tender documents & contract terms and conditions prior to submission.
- Review/check letter of awards (LOAs) and contracts.
- Maintain tender/quotation and contract extension in tender tracking system.
- Handle post tender queries and correspondence.
- Check purchase orders against tenders and quotations.
- Ensure timely filing of all the tender/quotation documents.
- Manage item code change.
- Respond to all enquiries from customer and clients in a customer service orientated manner.
- Provide admin support when necessary. E.g. Filing, data entry, retrieval of documents, or any other duties and tasks assigned.
- Ensure strict adherence and compliance to ISO and ISMS procedures.
- Any other tasks that may be assigned due to the exigencies of operational requirements.
