WE ARE SEEKING A SKIILLED LAPTOP TECHNICIAN TO JOIN OUR TEAM. THE CANDIDATE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DIAGNOSING , REPAIRING, AND MAINTAINING LAPTOPS AND RELATED HARDWARE (SUCH AS iMACS AND ALL IN ONE AS WELL).
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Diagnose hardware and software issues in laptops.
2. Repair or replace damaged parts (e.g., screens, keyboards, motherboards)
3. Install and uodate software applications and operating system
4. Perform data backup and recovery.
5. Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
6. Test laptops to ensure proper functionality
7. Keep track of inventory and order replacement parts as needed.
8. Maintain accurate records of repair and service history.
Requirements
1. Proven experience as a laptop technician or similar role.
2. Solid understanding of laptop hardware and software.
3. Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing hardware isuues.
4. Familiarity with Windows, MacOS, and Linux operating systems.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills.
6. Strong attention to detail.
7. Good communication and customer service skilss.
8. Able to work independently and in a team environment.
Work Hours
11am-8pm daily
6 days / Weekly
Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays
