Job Responsibilities
Provide professional administration support and ensure effective communication and confidentiality is maintained at all times
Arrange and coordinate various meeting and events and follow up actions
Prepare various reports and presentation materials
Handle ad-hoc requests as they arise
Handle department staff claims/ payments
To generate weekly monthly reports for management analysis
Requirement
Able to learn fast with minimum supervision
Type, edit and proofread documents
Able to multi-task and prioritize daily workload
Energetic, positive minded individual
Strong organization, communication and interpersonal abilities
Qualification
Minimum Diploma in Business, HR, Marketing, Management or any related discipline
1 – 2 years of similar working experience
Excellent knowledge in MS Office software including Excel, Word and Powerpoint
