We are looking for a passionate and professional Senior Executive Officer, Infrastructure Services to join our Infrastructure Operations team.
Based in Singapore and reporting to the Manger, the incumbent will design and implement information storage solutions based on business requirements.

What You'll Do
- You will plan, deploy, maintain and manage data storage and maintenance solutions in 24X7X365 environment.
- You will conduct regular maintenance activities, upgrade software, apply patches, and ensure physical security of data.
- You will evaluate input and output for systems, as well as overall architecture, to recommend improvements.
- You will design disaster recovery plans and enforce backup and archival procedures.
- You will follow strict privacy regulations and ensure data storage is accessible to authorized personnel only.
- You will document all aspects of Storage infrastructure and maintain knowledgebase and SOPs from which to address various issues/ projects and requests.
- You will assist with maintenance tasks and backup activities to protect data integrity from corrupted information and data theft.
- You will integrate storage metrics with new technologies to increase efficiency and are responsible for the daily administration of storage facilities.
- You will serve as resource to other IT teams regarding network issues or impact of other systems changes on the network.
- You will attend IT audits, provide explanations and propose corrective/preventive actions to auditors.
Who You Are
- You will need a degree in Computer Science.
- You will need minimum 3+ years of experience in experience in engineering or storage capacity management.
- You should be detail-oriented and have in-depth knowledge in facilitating and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of data storage systems.
- You should be a team player with the ability to work effectively across teams within and outside Group IT including multiple third party vendors.
- You should have experience in performing technical support at an enterprise level and across organization levels.
- You should demonstrated ability to document processes and procedures and accurately track and record issues and resolutions.
