Job Responsibilities:
- Translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and functional designs
- Create user flows, process flows and maps to communicate the customer journey and system integration points
- Design process changes on policy servicing process and transactions to integrate seamlessly with STP enabled transactions from Client Website Project
- Support policy servicing function process streamlining
- Support process/transactions changes with compliance and adherence to regulations
- Assess the impact and changes to business rules and system
- Support key deliverables in projects, system enhancements and processes that are compliance with regulatory and risk management controls, corporate policies, procedures and guidelines
- Collaborating with key stakeholders on deliverables outputs, timelines and requirement criteria
- Identify and evaluate system gaps and solutions
- Co-ordinate with and gather requirements from different teams to ensure accurate and complete information for the users
- Works closely with business analysts, developers, business users and team members to understand business requirements
- Prepare documentation and update operations guide
- Establish User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test scenarios and execute UAT plans in accordance with the agreed timeline and specifications
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Business Analyst role in financial industry
