Oversee day-to-day operations of our state-of-the-art data centers and critical facilities. Lead team responsible for maintaining data centers, power systems, fire prevention, HVAC, physical infrastructure and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage data center operations, facilities and infrastructure systems
- Lead incident response and coordinate change/release management
- Liaise with vendors and provide design/cost proposals
- Establish operational procedures and ensure compliance
- Manage team of employees and contractors
- Conduct operational meetings and training
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 10+ years data center operations experience
- 3+ years management experience
- Strong technical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Data center certifications (CDCP, CDFOS, CDFOM etc.)
