- Position Title: Drafter cum Project Admin
- Working Location: Mandai Estate
- Working Hours: 5 Days (Mon - Fri, 8.30 am – 5.30 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Create and refine drawings with AutoCAD, including proposed layouts, detailed plans, and records of built structures.
- Help organize and document various project aspects.
- Take on additional drafting tasks as needed by the Tender/ Project Team.
- Carry out general office duties, handle phone calls, emails, and deal with letters and paperwork.
- Work together with team members and lend support wherever needed.
- Monitor office supplies and reorder stock when required.
- Support the Project Team with administrative tasks like producing and laminating of signages, printing of OMM materials etc.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Skilled in AutoCAD and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Preferably with work experience as a Drafter/ Project Assistant.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of SD design software is a plus.
