- Position Title: HR Administrator/ HR Assistant
- Working Location: Jurong Island (Company Transportation Provided)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5.45 pm
- Salary Package: Basic + Allowances + Incentive + AWS + Bonus
- Duration: Permanent or 6 months contract (Convertible to Perm)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR tasks like recruitment, payroll, and overseeing employee compensation and benefits.
- Maintain precise records in the HR database.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct orientation and onboarding for new employees.
- Engage with employees to build a positive work environment.
- Any other duties as assigned.

- At least GCE “A” Level or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of related working experience, preferably in an industrial environment.
- Familiar with the Employment Act.
- Inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
- IT savvy as there will be automated/ digitalised HR processes.
- Able to start work in a short period notice/ immediately.
