- Position Title: Assistant Facilities Engineer
- Working Location: Jurong Island (Company Transportation Provided)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowances + OT + Incentive + AWS + Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor everyday activities related to facilities and manage repair tasks.
- Identify issues with equipment or facilities and perform simple repairs.
- Oversee the work of vendors and maintenance staff to ensure all facilities are working correctly.
- Obtain and finalize permits needed for vendors to carry out their work.
- Keep all on-site facilities in excellent condition, making sure all maintenance records are accurately completed and processed.
- Take on unique projects or tasks as directed by your Supervisor or Manager.
- Train Facility Technicians, improving their understanding and skills in maintenance systems.
- Lead investigations to find out why equipment or facilities have failed.
- Develop maintenance schedules to prevent future equipment or facility issues.
- Regularly inspect and uphold all operating equipment and facilities to ensure they meet service standards.

- At least Diploma in Facilities Management, or any engineering principle.
- Minimum 3 years of related working experience.
