Assistant Manager

Hao You Ji Pte. Ltd.

* Provide professional administration support and ensure effective communication and confidentiality is maintained at all times.

* Arrange and coordinate various meeting and follow up actions.

* Handle ad-hoc requests as they arise.

* Handle staff claims/ payments.

* To generate weekly monthly reports for management analysis.


Requirement

* Able to learn fast with minimum supervision

* Type, edit and proofread documents

* Able to multi-task and prioritize daily workload

* Energetic, positive minded individual

* Strong organization, communication and interpersonal abilities


Qualification

* Minimum Diploma in Business, HR, Marketing, Management or any related discipline

1 – 2 years of similar working experience.

* Excellent knowledge in MS Office software including Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
