Responsibilities:
- Contacting customers for orders and making delivery arrangements.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders.
- Generating of invoices and delivery orders.
- Prepare consolidation reports to various customers.
- Perform day to day admin related tasks.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 1 year of relevant admin experience.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office application
Working Location: Bukit Batok WCEGA Tower
Working Hours: Mon- Fri 8.00am - 5.00pm
Salary: Up to $2,500
