Administrative Assistant (West)

Responsibilities:

  • Contacting customers for orders and making delivery arrangements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders.
  • Generating of invoices and delivery orders.
  • Prepare consolidation reports to various customers.
  • Perform day to day admin related tasks.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of relevant admin experience.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office application

Working Location: Bukit Batok WCEGA Tower

Working Hours: Mon- Fri 8.00am - 5.00pm

Salary: Up to $2,500
