  • To arrange and lead the junior cooks in the food preparation.
  • cook all kinds of INDIAN Food such as Authentic south Indian Tiffin, & North Indian Curry Etc.
  • Help in dishwashing, Kitchen cleaning and different tasks are given to you as and when required.
  • Guarantee total consumer loyalty, through arrangement and quality, control of nourishment, cleanliness and administration embracing a client focussed methodology consistently.
  • To discuss viably with the front staff, cooks, and Chef in the execution of errand.
  • To aid the activity preparing of junior culinary specialists and Trainees.
  • To have the option to control squander with great stock turn, ordering, and temperature control.
  • To agree and keep up all Health and Safety measures inside the kitchen and the Hall.
  • To comply with all restaurant rules and conditions of employment.
  • to prepare pratta make and cook cheittnad dum briyani, chickendum priyani , mutton briyani

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years experience in Indian restaurants in the kitchen room
  • No formal education
  • Is willing to work shift hour's , weekends and public holidays
  • Knowledge of best cooking practice you get joy from cooking
  • Company uniform all the times of working place
  • Enjoy planning, organizing and problem solving
  • Smooth communication with training employees and other staffs
