- To aid the activity preparing of junior culinary specialists and Trainees.
- To have the option to control squander with great stock turn, ordering, and temperature control.
- To agree and keep up all Health and Safety measures inside the kitchen and the Hall.

Requirements
- Minimum 8 years experience in Indian restaurants in the kitchen room
- No formal education
- Is willing to work shift hour's , weekends and public holidays
