The HR Manager will manage HR policies, programs, and initiatives, foster a positive work culture, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

You will also -

- Understand company business goals and manage all aspects of people in the company to help with our business expansion in and out of Singapore.

- Develop and administer region-specific human resources policies and procedures and ensure consistency with corporate policies, procedures, practices, and programs.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to HR and employment practices.

- Manage corporate communication. Ensure that the company's strategic direction and business goals are clearly communicated throughout the company and identify gaps and fix them promptly.

- Partner with senior management to identify and address HR needs and priorities to support business objectives.

- Manage employee learning and development programs and help employees upgrade their skill sets. Develop succession planning for the key roles.

- Develop and execute strategic workforce plans geared toward fueling business Growth.

- Provide overarching HR strategic advice, support, and counsel to businesses. Identify key capabilities aligned with business goals and conduct a gap analysis.

- Manage payroll and strategically plan compensation and benefits to retain talents.

- Manage recruitment and selection process and hire the right people for different teams in different countries within tight timelines.

- Manage on-boarding and off-boarding processes.

- Develop talent management process and succession planning and cater to the needs of employees and the business

- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.


We would want to speak with you if you are/have –

  • A start-up/growth scale-up mindset, flexible, and open to adapt to changing requirements when needed; roll-up-your-sleeves mindset
  • A Bachelor’s degree, Master’s, or MBA a plus
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with 5 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws in Singapore and Malaysia (other countries a plus), and regulations.
  • Acute business acumen, strong leadership, planning, and interpersonal skills
