Responsibilities:
· Lead the store team to ensure collective duties and responsibilities are fulfilled.
· Responsible for co-ordinating with Logistics team in Singapore for purchasing of direct materials.
· Process purchase orders and hand order placement to meet production demand.
· Co-ordinate with Logistics team in Singapore on finished goods for overseas shipments.
· Responsible in raw materials position to adheres to target inventory policy.
· Liaise with Custom/Exim Department on shipment issues.
· Monitor and ensure the store inventory system is always updated.
· Work closely with production on exception materials.
· Prepare and submit custom documentation.
· Perform quarterly monitoring of local purchase items through price review and evaluate supplier performance.
Requirements :
· Minimum Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain/equivalent.
· At least 3 years of relevant experience in similarrole.
· Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
· Able to work in a team and good leadership skills.
· Proficient in MS Office.
