The Project Leader IIM (f/m/d) reports directly to the Head of IIM Skin Care
- Responsibility for in time and full management of IIM Projects
- Preparation of decision fundament, anticipation and, if necessary, escalation of risks
- Project presentation in front of the gatekeepers
- Goal-oriented functional leadership of the core team members (Core Team: BLU, Packaging, R&D, Supply Chain)
- Continuous improvement of the IIM process in close cooperation with the BLU Innovation Leadership team and BLU Innovation Management team
- Steering of the cross functional resources aiming at Maximum project profitability
- Consulting the project owners (Global Marketing Directors) in the completion of the portfolio strategy and representation with entrepreneurial perspective in the gate
YOUR PROFILE
- University degree
- > 10 years of job experience in Marketing, Supply Chain, Packaging or R&D (core team experience is a plus)
- Experience in more than one function desirable
- Entrepreneurial spirit and very good analytical skills
- Experience in project management preferred
- Strong implementation skills, assertiveness and strong conflict management as well as a pronounced ability to manage complexity
- Very good presentation and communication skills
- Team-oriented, open and proactive
- Fluent English, German, French speaker in spoken and written
