Role Overview
As a rapidly growing education social enterprise, we are dedicated to enhancing learning experiences for children. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development within the education sector while contributing to meaningful social impact.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in market research to identify partnership opportunities with government agencies, schools, nonprofits, and corporate entities.
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with partners, including proposal development based on The Glyph Learning Journey Framework.
- Collaborate with the project management team to design tailored education programs for underprivileged children.
- Support in the planning and execution of education events, ensuring smooth logistics and timely delivery.
- Maintain documentation, prepare reports, and contribute to program evaluation for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate freelancers, offer train-the-trainers’ sessions for facilitators, ensuring effective coordination and implementation.
Requirements
- Passionate about the education and event management space
- Minimum commitment of 3-months
- Occasional weekends are required if programme falls on Saturday / Sunday (off in-lieu provided)
