Responsibilities
- LLM model Improvement and Accountability: Linguists are directly responsible for driving model enhancements specific to their respective languages and partner with SMEs to ensure that model delivers high-quality responses.
- Data Analysis and Evaluation: Linguists meticulously analyze evaluation data to identify patterns, successes, and areas for improvement across various releases.
- Evaluations Trustworthiness: They safeguard the reliability of evaluations by vetting samples and assessing their quality.
- Contextualized Guidance: Linguists create language-specific evaluation guidelines and instructions to provide tailored support and enhance model performance.
- Quality Control: They provide feedback and conduct quality assessments on evaluations and rewrites, ensuring that human-generated data aligns with the linguistic nuances and expectations of each language.
Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in Linguistics or Computational Linguistics with experience in semantics, syntax, morphology, lexicography, phonetics, or phonology
- Able to work on task in Vietnamese language and must be fluent in English
- Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts
- Strong interests in natural language processing
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Previous project management and people management experience
- Knowledge of a programming language or previous experience working in a Linux environment will be an added advantage
