Job Description:
- Collaborate with hiring manager and department heads to understand their staffing needs and create a recruitment strategy to meet those needs.
- Use various methods to source and attract the potential talent, including jobs board, social media, networking, employee referral and partnership with local educational institutions or bodies (e2i, WSG, NTU, Ngee Ann Poly and NTU)
- Review resume, conduct initial phone screen, and assess candidate skills, knowledge, ability, and cultural fit to the organization.
- Constantly update candidate CV records send for HODs review.
- Sourcing of potential CVS in all type of platform.
- Plan, and place job advertisements, interview, and coordinate selection assessment.
- Handle staff recruitment activities, include pre-employment checkup, booking arrangement for SSIC course, onboarding formalities and conduct orientation briefing to new staff.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hire, which may include paperwork, photographs, card access, pre-employment checkup, safety orientation and introduction to company culture and policies.
- Update orientation slide as and when have changes
- Manage the new employee personal fee and update the personal details into excel.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in HR or equivalent in related field
- At least 5 years of relevant HR work experience, particularly in the area of Talent Sourcing, Acquisition and Operations
- Good knowledge of social media platforms and online recruitment strategy
- Sourcing experience like databases, networks, job boards, social media, online forums, Blogs etc.
- Experienced in executing social media recruitment and branding activities on LinkedIn Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient and experience in the use of applicant tracking systems
