Responsibilities:
- Reviewing project scope and budget
- Design schedules and project execution plans
- Contribute to the control of project cost, quality, scope, and schedule to ensure on time delivery of the project within budget
- Lead document design reviews and meetings held with the customer
- Program PLC-based systems using customer supplied design documents and Tri-Sen proprietary libraries
- Develop Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) plans and lead customer witnessed FATs
- Perform commissioning duties of the designed solution and assist end user with process troubleshooting
- Alert Operations Manager and Project Manager of all current or potential problems
- When requested, review customer specifications to support generation of accurate sales Proposals
- Travelling within Asia Pacific region to support project activities
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or equivalent experience
- At least 1 year experience designing PLC-based control systems in the Oil and Gas, Power Generation and/or Petrochemical and Refining industries
- Knowledge on MS Outlook, Project, Excel, Visio, various PLC based IEC1131 languages
- Experience in Turbo Machinery control applications such as gas turbines, steam turbines, motor drives (VFD, induction and synchronous), surge protection, generators, AVR, and vibration monitoring.
- Bently Nevada configuration & Allen-Bradley PLC design and programming experience preferred.
