Requirements:
· 3 to 5 years of experience in retail management and possess a Diploma in any field or relevant qualifications in retail studies.
· Strong commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction and providing outstanding service.
· Proficient in Excel.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining the outlet's aesthetics.
