Job description
- Responsible for process optimization & characterization by performing experiments and test planning
- Coordinate and drive cross functional team to enhance product performance and product robustness
- Develop enabling new technologies/materials for processes and automation
- Evaluate processes to meet customer requirement and develop standard equipment operating flow
- Setup optical components/systems and test for proof of concepts
- Calibrate and/or fine-tune optical devices
Requirements
- Min Bachelors/Masters degree in Mechanical / Material Science/ Physics. Other relevant majors can also be considered.
- Experience in automatic machine setup, optimization and automation troubleshooting, yield improvement etc in any high volume precision manufacturing/assembly industry or Semicon industry.
- Possess good knowledge or experience in CMOS camera assembly and/or 3D sensor calibration will be added advantage
- Experience in statistical data analysis, data modeling and DOE
- Good communication & presentation skills
