Job Description:
1. Lead a team of assembly technicians and assembly craftsmen.
2. Monitoring on productivity and ensure on-time delivery scheduled by respective stakeholders.
3. Oversee safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintainance.
4. Perform verification of production output according to specifications.
5. Prepare reports and updates for upper management.
6. Coordinates job assignments and cross-training between and within departments.
7. Supervises processes and ensure smooth operations
8. Handling customer complaint and quality issues. Provide failure and root causes analysis and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
9. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
1.Proven experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with at least 5 years in assembly operations
2. Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
3. Able to work and collaborate with different function groups.
4. Read and understand technical assembly drawing and customer's specification.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Min. Higher Nitec in Engineering.
