Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and data entry (Quickbook Online).
- Perform general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain and update office records, files
- Keep track of incoming daily sales invoices
- Assisting in Monthly Stock Take
- Any other business tasks as assigned by the Director(s)
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements
- Relevant working experience in general office responsibilities and procedures.
- Good communications, interpersonal skills, responsible and willing to learn
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Able to start work immediately
- Mandarin speaking as storeman not literate/fluent in English.

Work hours: 8.00am - 5.00pm, 1 hour lunch break
