JOB DESCRIPTION
- Perform day to day accounting duties, general administrative tasks like filing, keeping records and assuring accurate documents filing.
- Preferably to be able to handle full sets of accounts such as accounts receivables, accounts payables and general ledger functions.
- Liaise with banks on payment and receipts matters. Preferably familiar with Foreign Currency Exchange and Bank Trust Receipt
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation to ensure company book balance tallies with bank statement.
- Assist in month end closing and prepare audit schedules for balance sheet accounts.
- Work with auditor, tax agent and corporate secretary for regular compliances.
- Assist in preparation of monthly Management Report
- Assist Shipping Department with Import/Export Documentations, Purchase Orders/Delivery Orders and Sales Contracts Issuance.
- Work with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
- Bookkeeping.
- Data Compilation.
- Provide full support and coordination between Accounts and Shipping Departments.
- Responsible for all other Admin and Ad Hoc Duties when required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum GCE O Level/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent and/or at least 3 years of relevant working experience
