- Sales and target driven
- Providing professional advice on space planning, design conceptualization and materials.
- Conducting site visit and discussion with the client on layout plan.
- Oversee the interior design process for the entire project consistent with timeline, budget and program.
- Preferably bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise effectively with Mandarin & Cantonese speaking clients.
- Knowledge of construction materials, details, furniture, fabrics and lighting etc.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills. Maintain good relationships and build rapport with clients and subcontractors.
