The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing growth in the company through increased sales and customer acquisition. The job duties include generating sales leads, contact potential clients, and nurture existing customer relationships.
Specific Responsibilities
Individual to be involved in:
- In-charge of the entire sales and business development process to acquire new clients.
- Develop new distributor channels in assigned territories, market, channels, both online/offline
- Plan and organise all sales & marketing activities to ensure the company’s business objectives are met
- Prepare and deliver pitches to external parties like clients, partners and/or potential investors.
Technical Skills and Competencies
- Effective communication with a range of stakeholders. management team and people, both internally and externally.
- Ability to look for new sources and opportunities and respond well when facing different challenges.
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
- Able to learn the skill in Research & Strategy.
