Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Workshop Manager in managing the workshop operations and ensure all KPIs are met.
- Review and enhance the existing systems without compromising quality or service while optimizing cost.
- Manage and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Process statistics and writing reports, to review performance and recommend procedural enhancement for discussion
- Manage corporate fleet maintenance projects.
- Establish, implement and monitor safe working practices and procedures.
- Attend to customers' queries when required.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree holder in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering discipline or equivalent qualification
- Minimum two years experience in an operations environment in the Automotive Industry
- Able to build effective relationships with cross-divisional teams
- Proven tactfulness in communicating with others and constructively resolving challenges
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
