Project Overview:


As the HR Consultant you will play a critical role in finding and attracting world-class technical and non-technical talent to our team, driving the next phase of growth and success. Your responsibilities will include implementing systematic hiring approaches, partnering with hiring managers, and engaging talent pools to build strong relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on human resource policies, procedures, and best practices to clients.
  • Conduct comprehensive HR audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement tailored HR solutions and strategies to address client-specific needs and objectives.
  • Offer support in recruitment, talent management, performance evaluation, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering ongoing support, coaching, and training to enhance HR capabilities and foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on technical recruitment and leadership hiring.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and talent mapping strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and applicant tracking systems (ATS), with experience using data analytics to drive recruitment decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and requirements.
