Our client is a Retail MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Logistics Manager to join their Business Development team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing inventory data to ensure accuracy and performing system adjustments for transfers, litigations, and discrepancies promptly.
- Manage and check stock reconciliation reports and addressing any discrepancies.
- Manage third-party logistics for smooth processes and timely deliveries.
- Coordinating with customs brokers for declarations and inspections, resolving shipment issues.
- Managing export operations, including documentation and communication with forwarders and suppliers.
- Overseeing phase-out operations, sales preparations, stock takes, cycle counts, and annual destruction exercises.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and logistic partners for timely customer deliveries.
- Checking invoices for logistic-related billing.
- Validating operational expenses and managing stationery and packaging reorders.
- Understanding local product compliance and regulations.
- Supporting ATA Carnet, CITES, and FDA applications.
- Any ad hoc duty as given
Requirement
- Min University in logistics related
- Min 6 years of logistics experience
- Experience and knowledgeable in Export/Import Transportation, Customs Clearance and Warehouse Management.
