Job Details:
- Hours: Mon to Thur (8.30am to 5.45pm) and Fri (8.30am to 5.15pm)
- Salary: Up to S$3200
- Location: Nanyang Avenue
- Duration: 3 months (extendable)
Responsibilities
- Understanding the current policies and procedures in each school across College to achieve process synchronization, enable auto coverage of duties with minimum downtime.
- Ensuring that requests and claims are in accordance with the University’s guidelines.
- In-charge of School stationery inventory system such as purchases, distribution, and stock take.
- Providing timely advice for queries raised by stakeholders relating to Finance and Procurement
- Assist with any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience, preferably in accountancy
- Ability to understand systems quickly
- Adaptable, collaborative and patience
