Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the daily operations and coordination of activities with cross functional department to ensure database are accurate and updated.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Assist in verifying daily stock & transaction and highlight irregularities.
- Assist in the consolidation of reports.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior
Requirements
- GCE ‘O’ Level or above
- Relevant experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Working knowledge of office equipments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application (particularly Excel and Word).
- Ethical behavior when dealing with sensitive financial information.
