Our client is from Semiconductor industry. They are now recruiting a Senior R&D Electronics Engineer to be part of their Engineer team to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the North - easily accessible.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership in your area of expertise, making design decisions and ensuring best practices.
- Lead the design, analysis, and development of systems, components, or products.
- Drive innovative solutions meeting cost, performance, and reliability targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with company goals.
- Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets.
- Develop and execute EE test plans, analyze results, and iterate designs for optimal performance.
- Review requirements and create necessary documentation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Provide training and enforce guidelines for team members.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Relevant R&D experience in electrical or electronics.
