We are looking for an office admin/assistant to General Manager for a family office.
Your new role
· Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
· Independently manage all aspects of family office backend operations, coordinating with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
· Assist with coordinating meetings, conferences, appointments, ad-hoc travel arrangements.
• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Assist in preparing and submitting required reports and filings.
• Assist in budgeting and expense tracking to help manage the company's finances effectively.
• Work closely with external vendors such as accountants/lawyers to coordinate operations work.
• Prior corporate secretarial experience is advantageous.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, labour laws, and other applicable laws.
What you'll need to succeed
• Proficiency in excel is a must.
• Proven experience as an Office admin or similar role, with a track record of managing office operations independently.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously
