Administrations & Operations Executive

We are looking for a motivated Administrative & Operation Executive who is diligent and able to learn fast.

We are an MAS regulated and you would need to like to work in an international team. Our new Admin & Operation Executive will be able to provide independent support to the COO after training period.


Duties include but not limited to liaising with service external providers (lawyers, banks, Trustee), communication with clients (email, phone), office maintenance, generating invoices, organise and filling of documents. Duties will also include greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls, purchasing office supplies, and taking proper inventory.


Minimum of two years of experience in office administration and management support, or negeral experience in banking and finance field.


Candidates with an understanding of investment products, banking regulation, or experience in wealth management/financial industry would be highly preffered but not compulsary.


Excellent in computer skills, including high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook or any other email program.


High level of confidentiality and attention to details are also required.


Independently setting priorities & initiative, speaking and writing clearly, able to perform individually or as teamwork.
