Job Summary
Responsible for leading Fragrance Development projects for cross-category and delivering winning fragrances in the Creative Center in Singapore.
Job Scope
- Work on cross-category for SEA Market (South East Asia)
- Lead projects and coordinate with other departments on specific needs on briefs: Perfumers, Sales Application, Marketing, ITM (Innovation to Market) and Regulatory.
- Build on internal fragrance collection for specific markets.
- Participate actively in the FDM Academy plan.
- Support FDM team on department activities and proactive work.
- Collaborate internally with the global company resources to achieve best in class results in fastest time.
- Strengthen strategic partnership with clients through trends presentation, providing olfactive trainings and contributing to their olfactive development.
- Work closely and collaborate with the Account Manager & Marketing team on client meetings and events.
Requirements
- Degree in related discipline.
- Min 4 - 8 years of relevant experience.
- Olfactive knowledge in Consumer fragrance in SEA Market
- High availability to travel.
