The scope of the role includes (but isn't limited to):
- End-to-end recruiting for APAC region with a foucs in Singapore.
- Use different channels to identify local candidates based on the provided requirements.
- Meet internal company SLAs and guidelines for sourcing and on-boarding.
- Networking, building and maintaining relationships with candidates, business partners and hiring managers
Requisites:
- At least 2 -3 years of local recruitment experience preferably serving clients or companies in Southeast Asia region (Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines).
- Prior experience as an Agency Recruiter is prefereable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and perform well under tight time constraints and changing deadlines.
- Solid know-how about technology recruitment channels and sources in the APAC region.
- Strong knowledge and passion for technology, high level of comfort with all types of online applications, and experience with applicant tracking systems preferred.
- Hands-on knowledge of sourcing and attracting high-calibre technology professionals.
- Attention to detail is important along with the ability to work on multiple requisitions at one time.
