Description:
- Reports directly to the CEO.
- Works closely in partnership with HR team members and organisation's core leadership team.
- Direct responsibility in driving recruitment efforts for locals.
- Initiate innovative recruiting strategies through various means (Community outreach, Social Media etc)
- Continuous posting of job ads on all recruitment platforms.
- Arrange interviews for candidates at the earliest possible timings with relevant managers.
- Answering queries from candidates very fast, especially on our Facebook recruitment page.
- Signing up and attending job fairs for local recruitment.
- Prepare necessary onboarding processes and documentation.
- Handles onboarding, orientation, handling welfare matters of staff to the organisation.
- Proactively makes sure that all staff have taken the necessary trainings for compliance and identify further training and opportunities working cooperatively with department heads.
- Clear and tidy documentation of HR, trainings, competencies and other relevant documents.
- Assist in handling other HR duties when required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in any fields are welcome.
- Preferably minimum 3 years in an operational management or operational HR role
- Experience working in Healthcare or in Service Industry would be advantageous.
- Initiative-driven, pro-active, hands-on and able to think creatively.

- Able to work and think independently with little supervision.
- Willing to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning other online IT applications.
- Singaporean and PR only, able to speak local languages and dialect will be a plus.
