Job brief
We are an education company providing education training services for the students from 8 to 18 years old. Other than the traditional face to face class, our online lesson platform also give teachers opportunity to teach students all round the world. We are looking for passionate English Teachers to join our team. If you love teaching and have experience teaching primary and secondary students, then this is the opportunity to take it further with a growing company
Main Responsibilities
- Plan lessons and prepare materials before lessons.
- Assign homework to students after every lesson.
- Monitor students’ learning progress periodically with a quiz or test of the things they have learned.
- Provide feedback on student’s performance and behavior monthly or case-to-case basis.
- Execute classroom management for small group lessons.
- Work together with Academic Head to develop new teaching material or review/update current teaching material.
- Take care of students’ safety and ensure they adhere to the regulations of the learning center.
Requirements
- Minimum A-Level, Polytechnic or University graduate
- With at least 2 years of relevant teaching experience
- Outgoing personality with good communication skills
- Be patient with children and teens
