Key Responsibilities:
· Brand manager is responsible for driving and implementing 360 degrees marketing campaigns with action plans to meet the sales budgets and objectives.
· He/she must be operationally strong and work closely with both internal and external stakeholders in growing market share and brand visibility in all our markets.
· He/she will be required to lead the luxury fragrances and/or cosmetic business.
· He/she must closely communicate with other group companies; connect with our principals globally; and.is expected to work in a demanding environment where strict timelines and protocols must be met.
· He/she is expected to work on weekends and travel regularly in the region.
· Meticulous, creative, able to spot trends and innovations with sound business acumen.
· Responsible for controlling and managing the A&P expenses.
· Partake in market research and brand innovations projects.
· Computation and update of Retail Selling Price.
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Media, Communication, similar or related field.
· Proven working experience in luxury fragrances and/or cosmetic management.
· More than 5 years’ relevant experience as Regional Brand Manager.
· Business planning and implementation experience as well as project management; Strategic thinking
· Computer literacy and savvy with technology is a must.
· Work independently with minimum supervision
· Proficient in English (Verbal & Written). Ability to speak and write any other language and dialect is an added advantage.
· Possess good time management and organizational skills.
· Positive attitude & growth mindset.
· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
· Flexibility to travel when required.
