IT Systems Analyst
- Basic $2900-$4100 (salary will commensurate with experience)
HP Allowance: $60 - Bonus and Flexi Benefits provided
- Monday-Friday: 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM
- Location:Tuas (Company bus at 0800 @Tuas Crescent MRT Exit B bus stop)
Job Scope
- Participate in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 Upgrade Project.
- Provide on-site support for the company's existing CRM system, ensuring smooth operations and resolving technical issues or user queries.
- Proactively gather and consolidate user feedback, analyzing suggestions, concerns, and enhancement requests.
- Conduct training sessions for the company's sales users, responding promptly to training requests and providing ongoing guidance.
- Collect and consolidate user feedback, and follow up with the vendor.
- Continuously update and maintain user manuals to reflect the latest features, enhancements, and best practices of the CRM system.
- Extend support to other sites as needed.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in IT or equivalent.
- Proficiency with Windows OS and common internet browsers.
- Relevant experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other Microsoft products such as SQL Server, SSID, SSRS advantageous.
- Independent and fast learner, with ability to quickly grasp the intricacies of the CRM system (comprehensive on the job training will be provided).
