We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team managing Meinhardt Group’s brand and reputation. The team is responsible for conceiving, developing and implementing strategies to position Meinhardt Group as a global consultancy powerhouse delivering global design, engineering, project and construction management services and solutions.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Support the Group Marketing, Communications and Branding Team in driving strategic marketing and communications planning and execution, coordinating marketing and communications approaches for consistency and impact, and ensuring quality outcomes.
- Develop themed narratives for coherent branding and messaging across the Group.
- Ensure that all internal and external communications, multi-media assets, presentations and corporate collaterals align with the core narratives and business objectives.
- Drive creative content strategy, stakeholder engagement and community outreach through a range of platforms including but not limited to marketing and brand sponsorships and partnerships; awards; speaking engagements, industry associations and events.
- Provide marketing, communications and branding counsel and support to business leaders for their stakeholder engagements, both internal and external.
- Collaborate actively with all entities and subsidiaries across geographies for greater impact.
- Keep pace with the media landscape and trends to anticipate and maximise media engagement opportunities.
- Leverage data and extract insights to build and manage our social media community, increase digital engagement through compelling content and drive interest in the Group as a global consulting powerhouse; Keep our tone of voice, personality and visual identity fresh and engaging.
- Develop and drive the overall digital marketing and communications strategy.
- Implement marketing, communications and branding activities across a range of digital channels (including website, social media, EDM).
- Plan, implement and track digital marketing campaigns.
- Community management for the group’s social media properties, currently Linkedin, Facebook and YouTube.
- Track our digital outcomes via a monthly digital scorecard and conduct regular reporting of ongoing campaigns; Monitor, analyse and report online traffic and social media engagement.
- Manage video and podcast production, as part of the group’s efforts to increase the use of visual and digital storytelling.
- Work with a digital marketing solutions provider to:
- Create, adapt, improve and optimise the group’s website via SEO.
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, client needs and competitors.
- Support the planning and execution and manage the audio-visual requirements of corporate and CSR events and activities.
- Produce and manage the Meinhardt e-newsletter for clients, partners and prospects.
- Review and assess the effectiveness of the Group’s marketing, communications and branding tactics and regularly find ways to improve our efforts.
- Explore unconventional vehicles for brand-building outside more familiar tactics.
- Assume all assigned duties.
Requirements:
- Eight or more years of marketing, corporate communications, public affairs or journalism experience in high profile industries.
- Prior three to five years’ experience managing digital channels.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in leading teams and collaborating with colleagues across diverse business units and borders.
- Aptitude for building strong partnerships and influencing stakeholders in order to meet the Group’s objectives.
- Solid understanding of the media landscape and a proven track record in media management and public affairs.
- Strong thinking skills, with the ability to distil pertinent issues, identify challenges and develop appropriate responses.
- Good grasp of the full range of marketing and communications tactics available in the digital world.
- Understanding of web analytics and tracking and search engine optimisation.
- Familiarity with web content management systems such as WordPress.
- Knowledge of tools for website management.
- Experience in online listening and social media community management.
- Excellent written communication and strong verbal and presentation skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and at the same time, effectively across teams.
