We are looking for Admin Assistant to be outsourced to our clients from the healthcare industry.
Job Description:
- Maintain precise documentation of received documents.
- Arrange documents systematically and create manifests for vendor transcription, ensuring verification in the grants processing system.
- Coordinate with external parties as needed.
- Provide support for miscellaneous administrative tasks as required.
- Handle incoming hardcopy and softcopy mails efficiently.
Requirement:
- Minimum Nitec / 'A' Levels / Diploma / Degree
- Some experience in admin
