Key Responsibilities:
- Experience and comfortable to make cold calls
- Experience and comfortable to approach prospects during networking events.
- Experience in both account servicing and hunting for new businesses.
- Generate leads through various channels from cold calling, networking, referral & etc.
- Stay informed & updated with industry trends through research and active listening with clients
- Develop Go-To-Market strategies & curate offerings for target audiences/markets.
- Identify sales opportunities to upsell & cross-sell to existing clients & potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Identify & propose sales, marketing & partnership initiatives to increase revenue and brand following
- Support all sales and marketing initiatives of ISCA Academy, including ad-hoc roadshows/events.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline with experience in Academy/ Learning and Development Sales
- Evidence of sales performance in past experience.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Work closely with key stakeholders within the organisation.
- Strong data management and analysis skills to derive data-driven insights for actionable plans.
- Strong communication skills and a pleasant personality.
- Ability to adapt to changes and evolving business needs.
- Able to work independently in fast-paced environment and display abilities as a good team player.
