Position Summary:
- The Senior Director, Enterprise Applications is responsible for all aspects of IT for the business areas, including strategy, planning, delivery, and the oversight of business services.
- The Senior Director will introduce highly innovative solutions and be passionate about user experience and delivering business value.
- This leader will work in a fast-paced, innovative environment with the stability of working for a global, established, and growing technology company.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience as a senior IT leader in a global business with scale.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, science and/or business management disciplines. An advanced degree would enhance the candidate's qualifications.
- Experience in a highly complex environment is required; those who have worked in the semi-conductor, technology or manufacturing industries will be given additional consideration.
- Large-scale strategy, project, and service delivery.
- Driving the implementation of both package solutions and custom development in a complex environment of continual change and transformation.
- Built and managed globally dispersed teams at scale, inclusive of both internal and external resources.
- Having managed teams of at least 100 resources.
