Responsibilities: -
- Liaise with end users to produce/refine business specifications.
- define and produce functional + technical testing plans and participate in user acceptance testing.
- liaise with Development, Organization, Business and Operations teams to ensure accurate functional coverage and validate test scenarios.
- follow-up with development teams on the implementation and rollout of new features
- manage and escalate risks and issues.
- coordinate component releases in different environments
- assist the support team on complex functional issues by acting as level 2 or 3 support if required.
Candidates should have / be able to demonstrate:
- Very strong Analytical and interpersonal skills as well as reporting capabilities good understanding of Capital Market deal flow from pricing to booking and risk management on FX Cash
- A business oriented, positive, resilient can-do attitude with a clear focus on results and deliveries
- Good level of experience as an IT BA in banking environment
- Creativity, innovation, pro-activity, and conviction in terms of finding solutions.
- High level of autonomy to interact directly with Front Office business users.
- Good communication and presentation skills both verbal and written.
